Shipping policy

Orders will ship within five (5) business days of purchase with the exception of orders that include hand-dyed items. 

**Hand-dyed items will ship within 14 business days. If your order includes a hand-dyed item it will be shipped all together. If you want your non-hand-dyed items shipped within our normal processing time the customer will be required to pay an additional shipping cost

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number will be emailed to you using the email address you provided during checkout. 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). 

The delivery time frame is 3 - 5 business days from the ship date, not the order date depending on the package's final destination. 

The delivery time frames are estimated time frames, and Imperfectly Qualified does not guarantee the delivery date.  Imperfectly Qualified is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays by the shipping company and unfortunately cannot refund the shipping cost for delayed shipments. 

If you have not received your package but, it shows delivered please contact your USPS or UPS facility. We should be notified within 14 days of the non-receipt of the package. 

Imperfectly Qualified is not responsible for orders that were submitted with the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all of your information is accurate before submitting your order. If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment to the correct address. The original undeliverable package will be sent within 3 business days of the customer paying the reshipping fee. If the customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package within 2 business days, the item is the property of Imperfectly Qualified, no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. 

You cannot pick up online orders. We do not deliver.
